Sheryl Markland

Ms. Markland is currently employed to the Tax Administration Jamaica Limited (formerly Inland Revenue Department) where she has worked in several areas for the past fifteen (15) years. Being a public servant for all her professional life, she has intimate knowledge of public policies and procedures which has contributed to her proficiency in customer service and financial management.

She has studied at the Institute of Management and Production and the University College of the Caribbean. Her great love for videography has led her to pursue courses in Video Production and Still Photography at the Creative Production and Training Centre (CPTC).

Ms. Markland has travelled as a youth representative for Jamaica to countries such as Cuba, South Africa and France where she participated in discussions on world issues and proposals for change.

She is a member of several community and welfare related bodies. Ms Markland serves on school and government boards and continues to serve her community with integrity, dedication and pride.
