Delivery Options:
Door to Post – Call our customer service and schedule a pick‐up. We will come to you and collect your item and deliver it to the Post Office that serves the address of your recipient. The recipient will have to collect the mail item at the Post Office.
Door to Door – Call our customer service and schedule a pick-up. We will come to you and collect your item and deliver it to the recipient at their door.
Post to Door – Drop off your mail item at the Post Office and we will deliver it to the recipient at their door.
Post to Post – Drop off your mail item at the Post Office and we will deliver it to the Post Office that serves the address of your recipient. The recipient will have to collect the mail item at the Post Office.
* Deliveries are done either at the door or at the Post Office. Ask your Post Office or our Customer Service Center whether your item can be delivered at the door.

Using Zipmail
Guidelines for sending Zip Mail items:
1 – Present a valid Government issued ID
2 – Full name, address, telephone number, email address if available of both the sender and addressee
Guidelines for receiving Zip Mail items:
1 – Present a valid Government issued ID
