Mr. McDonald is an attorney-at-law and partner in the law firm Hart Muirhead Fatta. He was admitted to practice in 1993, and has practiced in Jamaica and the British Virgin Islands. He was educated at the University of the West Indies and the Norman Manley Law School.

His experience includes commercial litigation, general commercial practice, company law, financial services and regulation and real estate. He has also worked in the public sector, serving as a senior executive at FINSAC Limited.

He currently serves as a director of First Global Financial Services Limited, Independent Radio Company Limited (operators of Power 106FM & Music 99FM) and K.L.E. Group Limited (operators of Fiction Lounge and “Usain Bolt’s Tracks & Records”).

He is a member of the Corporate Governance Committee of the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica, and has conducted training in corporate governance for the public and private sectors.
