Customs Declarations
In accordance with UPU regulations, all Postal Administrations shall, from 1st January, 2021, capture and exchange Electronic Advance Data (EAD) for international postal items containing goods, for Letters, Small Packets, Parcels and EMS, in order to comply with the specific import customs-, security-, and airline-based requirements. In that regard, EAD shall replicate the information documented on the appropriate Customs Declaration form (CN22 and CN23).
