Vassell Brown

Mr. Vassel Brown is a career banker whose experience spans over three decades both in the private and public sector.

His experience includes privatization initiatives, micro and small business development, retail and commercial lending as well as small business startups.

Mr. Brown is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and Manchester Business School.
